BRIEF: Use typography to create a series cover design for Faber Film’s range of books that reflects Faber & Faber’s long history of typographic excellence.
The Faber Films range has for a long time been the essential companion to any worthy professional, student or film fanatic. This design recognises the cultural importance of the titles in the series and plays on the fervent relationships that have been established between audience and text. Each cover lifts a recognisable quotation from the text and applies it in bold typography, visually translating the drama of the big screen onto the bookshelf.
